The Classic Pint
We have a new bartender in our village in Bohemia, so last night we paid her a visit. Normally the place is a bit run down, but she has clearly put in some effort… ambiance. The big screen plasma is great to watch hokey and the flags are a nice touch, juke box too.  But I was most impressed with my beer. The quality of Czech beer goes without saying, but here I refer to presentation....
